Spring is in the air and we can look forward to longer days and dreams of home grown summer veggies. So come and be inspired by this fun, hands-on workshop making innovative whole food plant based dishes. Annalisa will demonstrate the essential elements of creating correctly balanced meals. You will learn how a whole food plant based diet provides all the nutrients required by the body including protein and calcium. Annalisa will teach you how to create delicious meals without oil, using the naturally occurring fats present in whole plant foods.
Samples of home made pre-prepared snacks will be available for you to try during the morning, then you can relax and enjoy the delicious lunch you have just created, around the table in a beautiful recently re-furbished farmhouse kitchen. You will be able to ask Annalisa questions arising out of the morning’s workshop before preparing desserts and cakes in the afternoon.
You will go home with your creative juices flowing and armed with sufficient information and confidence to provide nourishing food for yourself and your family.
