About the day
Join me for a day of preparing whole food plant based dishes, salads, snacks, and treats. We will prepare a variety of whole food plant based dishes and I will share with you the elements of creating properly balanced meals. I know the big protein question will come up, so we will talk about how easy it is to consume adequate protein. In addition I will teach you how to make food with no oil. Yes NO oil!
If you have attended the introduction to whole food plant based lifestyle be prepared to learn new, tasty and nutritious recipes. And if it is your first workshop with Annalisa the recipes will give you taste of whole food plant based nourishment and launch you into a health giving lifestyle.
After preparing the food we will enjoy a late lunch and the time spent around the table will be a further opportunity to ask questions. My hope for this introduction to whole food plant based nutrition is that you will leave the day with a growing confidence to experiment and create your own delicious meals and implement all you have learned to improve and sustain good health.
